  • FastAs will NOT retain, use or disclose information from deleted Listings.

The purpose of FastAs is to provide the world's best directory facility and, in doing so, to facilitate legitimate and appropriate contact services for its Subscribers. We have no other agenda.

FastAs Pty Ltd ("FastAs") is a wholly owned subsidiary of FastAs Holdings Pty Ltd and is bound by the Australian Privacy Act of 1988, which sets out a number of principles concerning the protection of your personal information. The following information is what we are required by law to communicate to our customers and we recommend that you keep this information for future reference. This information does not restrict your rights under the Privacy Act in any way. If you refer us to other persons or organisations we rely upon you to inform them that you are providing information about them to FastAs and to advise them that we can be contacted for further information.

How we gather information from users

FastAs provides services via our web site. When you visit our site our web servers may record anonymous information such as the time, date, Internet Protocol (IP) address and URL of the request. We use this information only to assist us to improve the structure and performance of our web site.

All FastAs Subscribers have the right to access their personal information. FastAs its Subscribers full access to all their personal information and each subscriber fully controls the disclosure of their information on the FastAs website. Every FastAs subscriber has the unrestricted right to remove or alter their information at any time of their choosing, and FastAs will implement such requests immediately and completely.

Children

FastAs is a strong privacy advocate - especially for children - and no information regarding the age of our Subscribers is disclosed upon our website. FastAs does not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from or about children except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information identifying a child we will delete that information immediately. If you believe FastAs has any such information from or about any child please contact us.
