FastAs launches global directory for email and mobile phones...

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - 1st September, 2008 - FastAs has launched a global directory that is extending the traditional role of directory services into a range of new areas. By integrating contact services into its directory facility, FastAs for the first time enables subscribers to be contacted via their choice of eMail, SMS, Fax, Telegram or POST – even if they elect to keep their contact numbers and addresses “unlisted’.

FastAs subscribers have real-time maintenance of their contact information for all forms of telecommunication - regardless of which or how many service providers are involved. The service also breaks new ground by enabling publication of contact preferences, by introducing the use of aliases (even in other languages), and by offering cash rewards for referral of new subscribers.

Also, in a new twist to contact services, FastAs provides a Missing Person “ePosters” service that enables anyone to launch a geo-targeted campaign to anywhere in the world.
