FastAs launches business directory with $25 Instant Business Websites...

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - 1st September, 2008 - FastAs has launched an internet directory service offering a range of services specifically for business. Business listings on FastAs can be created and maintained in real-time, and feature the automatic generation of a one-page ‘website’ that is immediately operational and indexed by the search engines.

“There is a whole industry out there trying to convince business operators to ‘invest’ in the creation of their own website. The instant “FastSITE” provides a fully functional web page comprising company logo, descriptive text, promotional images and a downloadable brochure. A business listing on FastAs costs $25 per year and, in addition to the FastSITE, provides a range of integrated contact services and conventional directory facilities. Other features enable businesses to construct and display nested directory listings to outline their organisational structure and they can selectively restrict access by password and/or devices within defined IP address ranges – thus enabling a unique combination of both internal and external directories in one.

To promote expansion of their service, FastAs also offers payment of a ‘Referral Bounty’ for introduction of new subscribers. Referrers receive half of all future subscription fees received from their referees and can effectively create a new income stream if they are active enough. This may prove to especially attractive to small businesses – ISPs in particular – who are constantly on the lookout for a leg up.
